Requirements

  • Formal qualification, apprenticeship or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or similar technical roles.
  • Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Windows and iOS.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills in operational environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of ITIL 4 and Lean Six Sigma methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite IT support for factory-owned and managed assets.
  • Support end users and maintain IT equipment in collaboration areas.
  • Act as a first responder for cybersecurity tasks related to IT/OT assets.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain shop-floor technologies such as kiosks, scanners and vendor machines.
  • Monitor OT systems and escalate abnormal or risky behavior.
  • Install, configure and validate security patches on critical assets.
  • Work with vendors to ensure secure and compliant system configurations.
  • Implement security measures under direction from global cybersecurity teams.
