About The Position

As an IT/OT Site Lead here at Solstice, you will drive consistent IT service delivery and supplier performance for the US East region. You will be required to participate in onsite, face-to-face or virtual engagement with key stakeholders, facility management, functional peers and IT business partners and be able to provide oversight and management of our critical IT services using consistent standards, management operating system (MOS) and utilizing industry and Solstice best practices. This position will also play an important role in providing input on the design, development and support needed to advance key transformation-based programs, projects, system upgrades, in support of continued business growth across all our core services. You will provide leadership in improving IT processes and programs. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing and business processes, driving continuous improvement and cost reduction. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes and compliance with industry regulations. Your guidance will be instrumental in developing and assisting our employees to help them perform at their best and drive change across the company. This role will report to Director of IT Manufacturing.
