Colorado Network Staffing (CNS) is seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Manager – Asset & Spatial Management to support Colorado Springs Utilities with the planning, coordination, and execution of complex technology, geospatial, utility network, and infrastructure-related initiatives. The Project Manager will provide leadership across multiple long-term programs involving Utility Network implementation, cadastral data migration, geospatial digital as-builting, procurement activities, and intergovernmental agreements (IGAs). This position will be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders, external suppliers, project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to support successful project execution. The position will also support the transition of existing Asset & Spatial Management (ASM) IT/OT project management responsibilities while establishing continuity across active and upcoming initiatives. A strong foundation in project management methodologies and a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification are required.
