The IT Operations – Supervisor provides leadership and technical direction across the account's digital technology portfolio, serving as the primary liaison between Operations, Aramark enterprise technology teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors. This role is accountable for delivering sustainable technology solutions that enhance business performance, improve the consumer experience, and drive operational excellence. As a cross-functional leader and trusted advisor, the IT Operations – Supervisor helps shape digital strategy by evaluating enterprise technology initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation, and aligning technology investments with business objectives. The role leads both tactical and strategic functions, including product and systems management, technology implementations, vendor partnerships, governance, budgeting, and long-term roadmap planning, while ensuring successful adoption and ongoing optimization of key digital platforms.
