We’re hiring an IT Operations Specialist to help build out our employee-facing IT functions. This is a foundational role: you’ll be responsible for the systems and processes that keep our team productive, and you’ll have real latitude to improve how things work. Today, that means handling access requests, managing hardware, supporting AV systems, and onboarding new employees. But we’re not looking for someone who just wants to work a queue – we want someone who sees a manual process and thinks about how to automate it, who notices patterns in requests and builds documentation or tooling to address them, and who wants to grow into deeper technical work. You’ll be part of our IT team and work on-site daily at our NYC headquarters, partnering with teams across the company. This role includes some on-call availability as needed. You’ll join a small IT team where you’ll have visibility into identity engineering, infrastructure, and security – not just support. We’re building modern IT operations from the ground up, and there’s meaningful work to do beyond tickets. For someone early in their career who wants to build things and grow technically, this is a role with real upside.
