Requirements

  • Attention to Detail
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong Organizational Skills

  • Some knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Enrolled at college or university, seeking a degree in information systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up and configuring new employee workstations, including hardware and software installations
  • Provide support for system access, password resets
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and assist with hardware replacements or upgrades.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with employees and ensuring their technical needs are met
  • Participate in meetings and provide support for various projects
