Day to day as a IT Intern As a Full-Time IT Intern at Bradley Caldwell Inc., you will play a crucial role in our Help Desk Support team by responding to requests based on priority and completion dates, ensuring timely resolutions for our users. You will document your progress using standard operating procedures, allowing for a consistent approach to technology support. Your engagement in discussions regarding technology strategy will provide valuable insights into our future needs. This position requires strong communication skills, as you will interact with personnel at all levels within the organization. Additionally, you will assist with PC system and printer installations, upgrades, and maintenance, as well as supporting server and PC backups. Lastly, you’ll gain significant experience in managing Active Directory, ensuring users and resource objects are effectively administered to enhance our operational efficiency.
