This role will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT, including incident management, problem management, change management, vulnerability management, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will resolve requests and incidents with a high sense of urgency, prioritization, and ownership. Responsibilities include ongoing support for network upgrades, repairs, and new hardware implementation, maintaining metrics and ticketing systems, and producing reports. The role also involves handling emergencies during non-business hours, including on-call, evenings, and weekends. Additionally, the Lead will be responsible for developing, documenting, and maintaining information security policies and procedures, managing vendors, and collaborating with business units for continuous service improvement. The position also oversees the organization’s cybersecurity training program, supports IT audits, and performs other assigned duties.
