Responsible for coordinating and supporting the College’s Microsoft Teams voice and collaboration infrastructure. This position collaborates closely with other technical staff to administer, optimize, and maintain Teams Phone, voice policies, emergency calling, collaboration devices, and meeting room systems. Responsibilities include implementation, configuration, testing, and operational support of the enterprise voice and real-time collaboration services. This position also provides secondary support for related infrastructure components including identity, authentication, networking, and server dependencies that influence Teams Voice performance and reliability. Additional duties include planning, securing, monitoring, and enhancing the availability and user experience of the College’s collaboration environment. This position is part of the Infrastructure Team’s on-call rotation and is responsible for after-hours monitoring as needed.
