PURPOSE OF POSITION Manage IT Helpdesk day-to-day operations. Manages IT employees and technical issues relating to information technologies at the Nooksack Northwood Casino while following applicable laws, internal controls and established policies and procedures. Promotes and ensures exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. PLEASE NOTE The list of duties and responsibilities, requirements and licenses is not meant to be exhaustive.
