About The Position

Provide hands-on technical leadership for the organization's IT systems and infrastructure, while managing technology implementation projects and the organization's CMMC compliance. Competitive Market Salary based on level of qualification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in an IT-related position, including hands-on systems and network administration.
  • Experience supporting or administering an ERP system is required.
  • Ability to sufficiently communicate detailed information to customers, coworkers, and management using good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner to develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, coworkers, and management.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in cybersecurity CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, or a similar compliance framework, HRIS software implementations, and other software updating skills are preferred.
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and contracts is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for the organization, resolving escalated hardware, software, network, and server issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain servers (physical and virtual), network infrastructure (switches, firewalls, wireless access points), and end-user workstations.
  • Provide ongoing systems support across business-critical applications, servers, and infrastructure, ensuring uptime and timely resolution of system-level issues.
  • Supervise IT staff and/or contractors, and manage the department's budget and technology roadmap.
  • Plan, budget, and lead the implementation of new hardware, software, and cloud systems, coordinating rollout with minimal disruption to the business.
  • Perform Active Directory administration, including account management, permissions, group policy, and domain functions.
  • Administer and support the organization's ERP system, including user access, configuration, integrations, and coordination with the ERP vendor on upgrades and issues.
  • Own the organization's CMMC compliance program, including maintaining the System Security Plan (SSP) and Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M).
  • Map and maintain security controls against NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC practice requirements.
  • Maintain compliance documentation, policies, and audit evidence, and lead internal audits in preparation for external review.
  • Keep servers and workstations current on patches, anti-virus, and endpoint protection updates.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and managed service providers, including contracts, licensing renewals, and procurement.
  • Develop and maintain IT policies and standard operating procedures for the department.
  • Prioritize workload to ensure the most critical issues and projects are addressed first.
  • Take on additional projects and offer support for other IT-related issues as they arise.
