About The Position

LeafLink is seeking an IT Manager to oversee internal IT operations, information security practices, and compliance initiatives across the organization. This role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of the systems that support LeafLink employees and infrastructure. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, the IT Manager manages device fleets, enterprise SaaS systems, identity infrastructure, and security tooling while helping maintain SOC2 Type II compliance. This role works closely with engineering, finance, and operations teams to ensure employees have secure and efficient access to the systems they rely on.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.
  • Experience administering identity platforms such as Okta or Azure AD.
  • Experience managing device fleets using MDM platforms such as Kandji, Intune, or Jamf.
  • Experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC2.
  • Experience working with endpoint security tools such as CrowdStrike or similar platforms.
  • Strong organizational and operational problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal IT infrastructure, including employee devices, enterprise SaaS platforms, and identity systems.
  • Maintain the laptop fleet using Apple DEP, Kandji, and Intune, including provisioning and asset management.
  • Administer identity and access systems, including Okta, Google Workspace, and Azure.
  • Build and maintain Okta workflows, SCIM/SAML integrations, and identity automation.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes and internal IT ticket escalations.
  • Maintain enterprise SaaS systems, including Adobe, 1Password, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts, including phishing management and endpoint security tools.
  • Support SOC2 compliance activities, including policies, risk registers, and device compliance.
  • Manage domain registrations, DNS, and TLS certificate lifecycle.
  • Coordinate vendor renewals, hardware procurement, and software spending reviews.
