About The Position
Our client is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance its IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of business systems.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 2–3 years' experience in an IT management or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, VMware, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and software.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and technology improvements.
- Ensure system security, backups, compliance, and business continuity.
- Oversee IT operations, vendor relationships, and technical support.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
