About The Position

Sentinel is seeking an IT Manager to support one of its clients. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop efficient solutions. The manager will guide a development team in creating applications that enhance operational efficiency, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, architecture, and project management. The primary focus will be on delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budgets. This is a full-time, onsite position located at the client's facility in Tucson, AZ. Requirements

3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
2–3 years of leadership or managerial experience leading development teams and overseeing project delivery.
5+ years of overall software development experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Power Apps solutions and automated workflows.
Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams.
Demonstrated success managing full software development lifecycles (planning through deployment).
Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain one within ninety (90) days of hire.
Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain one within ninety (90) days of hire.
May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
Must have a car for travel between locations and transportation of equipment.
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
