Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in an IT Lead Automation Innovation Specialist-related occupation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement automation software solutions end-to-end in order to streamline business processes, from design, development, testing, deployment, and supporting end-users.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms (AI, ML, and/or generative AI) that mimic human expert decision-making processes or enhance observability within automation workflows.
  • Capture and structure knowledge from field experts using data-engineering and crowdsourcing techniques.
  • Analyze complex datasets using statistical analysis and data science techniques to extract meaningful insights supporting the development of AI models or observability workflows.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies related to automation, AI, ML, and generative AI.
  • Stay up to date with emerging trends in automation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and innovation, define project requirements, and provide consultation on the feasibility of using technologies to solve business problems.
  • Develop custom scripts and software solutions to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Provide training and support to end-users of automation tools and solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, including driving projects forward and contributing positively to software development teams through collaboration and adaptability.
