About The Position

Responsible for executing and optimizing endpoint lifecycle management processes, including imaging, deployment, repair, inventory control, and logistics of the organization’s IT equipment. This role ensures all devices are properly configured and delivered to end users in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in an IT lab, support or technical environment.
  • Experience with PC imaging, hardware troubleshooting, asset lifecycle management and end-user customer support.
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver license in the current state of residence.
  • Must have and maintain automobile liability insurance, as required by law.
  • Oral communication, written communication, fluency in English, active listening.
  • Demonstrated intermediate technology skills. Especially MS office, including word, powerpoint, and excel.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree from an accredited technical school.
  • Experience supporting a large multi-location employee population of at least 2,500+ employees.

Responsibilities

  • Perform PC imaging for desktops and laptops according to organizational standards to ensure full functionality upon receipt.
  • Troubleshoot imaging failures and maintain imaging processes and documentation.
  • Provide technical support for desktops and laptops, monitors, printers, network equipment, projectors and presentation equipment, and phones.
  • Ensure proper packaging, accurate and tracked shipping, and timely delivery and return of equipment at end user locations
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware-related issues and perform hardware repairs on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate vendor warranty repairs and track service requests.
  • Maintain, audit, and reconcile asset inventory records.
  • Manage intake and distribution of IT equipment through tracking and audit of requests and purchase orders.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
