About The Position

Discover what it’s like to be part of the world's largest privately held commercial insurance brokerage – all while gaining meaningful experience to help launch your career. You'll be embedded within Lockton’s IT team, collaborating on various hands-on projects and providing technical support. Growing knowledge and skills in software development, application development, and IT service desk practices. In groups of 2-3 interns, you'll tackle a real-world challenge facing Lockton and the insurance industry. You'll present your findings and recommendations to Lockton leadership at the end of the program. You’ll explore different specialty areas of our business through presentations and networking opportunities, while gaining exposure to potential career paths within Lockton and the industry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled college students scheduled to graduate December 2027 or May 2028
• Student studying Computer Science or other related fields
• Flexibility to adapt and work on various projects as needed
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future
