IT Internship - Remote (Summer 2027)

Work under direct supervision to assist with the ongoing performance, monitoring, testing, and support of the SAP S/4HANA environment.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
- Open to students of any academic level.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
- Interest in enterprise systems, technology operations, and business applications.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with data analysis, database concepts, and business analysis principles preferred.
- Interest in SAP technologies and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the ongoing support and performance monitoring of the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Participate in environment setup, configuration validation, testing, and system monitoring activities.
- Gather, organize, and analyze technical and operational data to support technology initiatives and reporting.
- Help identify, troubleshoot, and document system issues and assist in developing solutions.
- Support database management, technology analysis, business analysis, and analytics-related projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project goals and operational objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, knowledge-sharing sessions, and process improvement discussions.
- Assist with documentation of processes, procedures, testing results, and operational best practices.
- Contribute to departmental projects and other technology-related assignments as needed.
