About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and detailâoriented IT Operations Intern to support key system improvement and security initiatives within our IT department. This internship offers handsâon experience working with ticketing systems, process optimization, and SAP security activities. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fastâpaced environment. Must be local to Yuba City and surrounding areas. Internship starting first week of June. Hour will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Requirements
- Interns must currently be attending college
- preferably majoring in Business MIS
- Must be local to Yuba City and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Assist in fineâtuning the IT OPS ticketing system to enhance reporting capabilities.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements for system efficiency and user experience.
- Work closely with IT Operations staff to document processes, testing results, and system updates.
