About The Position

The Information Technology Intern is responsible for supporting the business regarding hardware, software, and network infrastructure and tracking via a ticketing system. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring IT support for the organization's goals and user needs under management supervision.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a Computer Science degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem solving, organization and analytical skills
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Must be a “hands on”, energetic, driven, and inquisitive technically
• Work with other members within the IT team and in the organization across all levels

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, identify root cause and resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software and infrastructure
• Assist with performing computer hardware maintenance, inventory and triaging issues under management supervision
• Support hardware/software upgrades
• Ability to solve problems, think analytically and adapt to changing environments
• Maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT operating procedures
• Monitor and support existing cybersecurity protocols
• Other projects as assigned by management
