About The Position

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an IT Intern. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the IT Department by assisting with day-to-day technical tasks, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Information Technology or a related field.

Nice To Haves

• IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist first-line support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in person.
• Escalate employee IT-related issues/tickets to the appropriate team member in a timely manner.
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.
• Support setup and configuration of computers, printers, and other peripherals.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and maintenance.
• Provide help with account setup, password resets, and user access.
