About The Position
Are you looking to gain hands-on IT experience in a professional setting? Join our IT team as an IT Intern and support daily operations while developing your technical skills. We are seeking a motivated student currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program who is eager to apply classroom knowledge in a real-world environment. As an IT Intern, you will provide first-level technical support, assist in hardware and software installations, troubleshoot computer and system issues, and support IT projects and system updates. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your problem-solving skills and gain experience in security, backup procedures, and IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Enrollment in an IT, Computer Science, or related degree program.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Familiarity with Windows operating system.
- Experience with troubleshooting and technical support.

Responsibilities
