Requirements

Actively pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related IT field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful projects.
Must have enthusiasm for IT and a passion for technology driven solutions.
Candidate must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug and background screen.

Nice To Haves

Experience with computer hardware assembly, software installation, and system configuration is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level technical support to staff via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Assist with software installations, updates, and licensing compliance.
Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory, email systems, and other platforms.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and escalate when necessary.
Maintain documentation of technical procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Support video conferencing systems and collaboration tools.
Ensure data backup processes are completed and assist in recovery when needed.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to IT processes.
