POSITION OVERVIEW: The position will include the supporting of client PCs, laptops, and printers in an engineering, and shop floor environment. Software and hardware troubleshooting and deployment of computer images.
Requirements
- Some related experience preferred but would be willing to train the right candidate.
- High School Diploma
- Currently Attending a College or University
- Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology.
Responsibilities
- Computer hardware and software installation and support in a Windows 7, 10, and 11.
- Maintain and deployment of existing desktop, Engineering, and Tablet computers.
- Support of computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and moving of computers
- Entry-level helpdesk support.
