Responsibilities of the position require the successful individual to provide support for the IT department, learn and execute proper IT policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Some related IT experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High School Diploma
  • Currently Attending a College or University
  • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong technical and analytical competence in select areas of technology
  • Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer

Responsibilities

  • Assist Department manager as directed in set up and maintenance of Hardware
  • Assist Department manager as directed in updating and installation of Software’s
  • Assist Department manager as directed in maintenance and cleanup of current DATA Folders
  • Assist Department manager in writing documentation and Standard work for IT department
  • Assist Department manager in preparation and disposal of obsolete assets
  • Assist and support immediate and indirect supervisors as requested
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Comply to all Cosma Die Technology rules and regulations
  • Use good judgment in all matters of work practices, conduct and safety
