Reports to ERP Program Manager Position Summary As an IT Intern specializing in Application Development, you will be an integral part of our dynamic IT team, contributing to the experimentation, development, and implementation of application development-driven solutions and initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies, work closely with experienced professionals, and contribute to real-world projects.
Requirements
- High school students enrolled in a business or technology professional studies program. College student who is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of application development concepts and tools, such as SQL, Power Platform (i.e. Power Apps, Power Automate, etc), or similar.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Application Development Methodology components is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assist with automating business processes using application development tools.
- Assist with soliciting and capturing business and technical requirements.
- Assist with designing solutions to automate business processes.
- Assist with test case development and execution – functional, integration and user acceptance testing activities.
- Assist with the development and execution of application training.
- Document processes, methodologies, and solutions for sharing knowledge within the team.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
