About The Position

LaunchTech is seeking a dynamic IT Integration Manager to join their Crew in support of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. This senior-level role requires an individual who can lead, integrate, and influence mission success by serving as the trusted interface connecting Government customers, program leadership, and technical teams across high-visibility initiatives. The IT Integration Manager will be responsible for integrating complex information technology (IT), operational, and project-management activities across multiple stakeholders, driving the execution of priority initiatives, maintaining alignment across scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and technical objectives, and communicating status and decision requirements to senior Government and contractor leadership. Success in this role depends on influence, coordination, technical credibility, disciplined execution, and clear communication with senior leaders and customers, with an emphasis on coordination across technical and program functions, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and senior-level customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 10 or more years of general (full-time) work experience (may be reduced with completion of advanced education).
  • 7 or more years of progressively responsible experience supporting IT, systems integration, program management, project management, engineering, defense, or federal Government programs.
  • 6 or more months of experience working in a management or leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or integrating multiple concurrent projects, initiatives, workstreams, or technical efforts in a complex customer environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders without direct supervisory authority.
  • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules, milestone plans, risk registers, issue logs, action-item trackers, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Experience preparing and presenting briefings to senior leaders, Government customers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of IT environments, systems integration, cybersecurity considerations, infrastructure, software-development lifecycles, or related technical disciplines.
  • Active DoW Secret Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Current CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Experience supporting the Missile Defense Agency, Department of War, Joint organizations, or other major defense acquisition and technology programs.
  • Experience as a Task Order Lead, Senior Project Manager, Integrated Product Team lead, Technical Program Manager, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting IT modernization, cybersecurity, systems engineering, enterprise infrastructure, digital transformation, or mission-system integration efforts.
  • Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional project-management methodologies.
  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or comparable collaboration and project-management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead integration and execution of complex, high-priority IT and mission-support initiatives supporting MDA customers.
  • Serve as a primary contractor interface for assigned initiatives, coordinating with Government stakeholders, program leadership, technical subject-matter experts, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, action-item trackers, dependency logs, risk registers, and decision-support materials.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure technical, operational, and programmatic requirements are understood, aligned, and executed on schedule.
  • Identify integration issues, schedule conflicts, technical risks, resource constraints, and decision points; develop practical mitigation strategies and elevate issues as appropriate.
  • Plan, facilitate, and document integrated product team meetings, technical exchanges, working groups, program reviews, and customer engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, concise briefings, read-aheads, executive summaries, and status reports for senior Government and contractor leaders.
  • Translate complex technical information into decision-ready products tailored to technical, programmatic, and executive audiences.
  • Monitor initiative performance against established scope, milestones, deliverables, and customer priorities.
  • Support and manage resource allocations for initiatives by collaborating with Service Delivery Managers.
  • Coordinate with program-control, finance, and contract personnel as needed to support basic schedule, labor, and funding-status inputs.
  • Support development and maintenance of program documentation, including project charters, plans of action and milestones, integrated master schedules, risk-management artifacts, and technical or management reports.
  • Ensure work products comply with applicable contract requirements, customer policies, and security requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
