IT Infrastructure Services is looking for a customer service-oriented help desk support technician to assist with day-to-day operations. Knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux is preferred. Under direct supervision, the student assistant is responsible for providing support such as basic installation, imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting of technology such as desktops/iPads/laptops/printers within offices, shared areas, and computer labs. Server hardware and software support. Application user support, training, and development. Other duties as assigned.
