The NA Infrastructure Manager is responsible for supporting/enabling the NA Infrastructure Team to successfully implement technical solutions to fulfill business requirements using proven, industry best practices and in accordance with enterprise architectural standards and engineering methodology. This role is also responsible for overseeing the teams progress and activities to ensure business expectation are met, as well as monitoring the company's technology systems to ensure that they are functioning properly. ly.

Backup Technologies / Concepts
Extensive working knowledge of the VMware Suite
Active Directory
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Specific knowledge of Information Technology troubleshooting, concepts and terminology required.
Awareness of ITIL principles. Good communication

Financial Discipline
Five to ten years related experience minimum.
Bachelor's degree (in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant industry experience from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific knowledge of Information Technology troubleshooting, concepts and terminology required.
Past experience with managing an infrastructure team
Worked in a global IT Organization
A Broad knowledge of Information Technology genre is essential
Depth technical knowledge of datacenter technology systems, vSphere, Cisco, Microsoft Server, Omnissa Horizon, Backup and DR technologies, Avamar, Veeam
Familiar with appropriate methods and capabilities required to establish technology backbone and define and maintain the technical architecture.
AWS Cloud Computing Expertise

Nice To Haves

MS or VMware certifications would be advantageous.
Network and Storage related certifications and/or 5 year experience in this area

Responsibilities

Coordinating, supporting, guiding, the assigned Team on behalf of the IT Global Infrastructure Manager.
Planning, administration and management of the global IT Server infrastructure ensuring full systems availability for all sites and datacenters.
Deliver the technical components of IT solutions on-time, on-target and on-budget in support of major business projects enabled by IT . Assist globally and locally as needed.
Management of IT – Team (Support, Guide, Training, etc.)
Oversee IT Infrastructure Projects and/or run assigned IT Infrastructure Projects
Management of Infrastructure Systems: ESXi, VMware, MS-Server, etc.
Supplier management
Monitoring / Alerting of critical Infrastructure Systems.
Hands on mentality, team player across all other IT-Teams
