About The Position
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in a fast-paced enterprise manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess extensive IT experience, advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, and a deep acumen for server hardware functionality. In this critical role, you will manage multiple high-impact responsibilities, from delivering scalable server designs and automation scripting to providing global L3 server hardware support and conducting root cause forensic analysis. You will take the lead on FMEA testing, standards documentation, global server firmware management, server hardware automation, and rigorous server and component testing.
