About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an IT Identity & Access Management Administrator to join their team. This role is a key component of the Sunbelt Rentals Identity and Access Management System (IAM). The primary function of this role is to provision access to various Sunbelt Systems, including but not limited to Active Directory, email, Microsoft CRM, Sunbelt Intranet, and Wynne. This position requires critical thinking, consistency, and a strict attention to detail.

Requirements

• 2+ years professional experience with Active Directory, exchange mailbox provisioning, AS400, or other access systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in job execution
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning Sunbelt users to Sunbelt applications and systems
• Complete MACDs for the Sunbelt user provisioning and deprovisioning process following Sunbelt guidelines
• Communicate with users and managers for all identity and access needs
• Document all MACDs and communication using the Sunbelt Rentals ITSM
• Follow Sunbelt security and access policies for approvals for access
