About The Position

An Engineering Consultant in Camas, WA is hiring a Helpdesk Support Technician to join the team for a great opportunity! Job Duties: Manage, prioritize, and respond to incoming requests from end users via walk-up, telephone, and helpdesk ticket system. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems; escalate issues when required. Identify patterns and investigative solutions with interacting systems. Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including reinstalling and upgrading software, installing hardware implementing file backups, and configuring systems/applications. Perform preventative maintenance, including checking and cleaning of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Test fixes to ensure problems have been resolved. Assist in the setup of new employees with systems, equipment, and file access. Maintain an accurate inventory of all workstations, laptops, phones, printers and software.

Requirements

  • Experience with FreshWorks, MS365 and Active Directory
  • Experience with HP Laptops and desktops
  • 2-3+ years of IT Helpdesk Support experience
  • Knowledge of networks, computer systems, voice systems, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Ability to rebuild PCs, troubleshoot driver and software issues, and remediate virus and malware.
