We are seeking an Onsite IT Client Support Associate to serve as the primary point of contact for technical support at a full office location. This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys hands-on troubleshooting, direct user interaction, and being the face of IT support for onsite employees. You will support internal users both onsite and remotely, manage a high-volume ticket queue through an internal ticketing system, assist with hardware and software issues, and play a key role in new hire onboarding and ongoing technology support. This is a contract role with strong potential to convert to full-time employment .
