EIHC is seeking a full-time, entry-level IT Helpdesk Specialist who brings a foundational understanding of IT, a passion for learning, and a flexible, solutions-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of basic Information Technology, including troubleshooting and support experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Serve as the office IT point of contact, managing and maintaining all IT equipment and software (including computers, monitors, printers, etc.) with support from our IT contractor as needed.
  • Log and track all support tickets and ensure proper documentation of issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Educate end-users on basic troubleshooting techniques and self-help resources to promote user independence and minimize support requests.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets including computers, peripheral devices, and other hardware, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely upgrades
