The IT Support Technician will participate in the day-to-day support and administration of the company’s office network, employee workstations, IP phone system, and other internal applications and tools. Responsibilities will include provisioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of macOS and Windows systems and associated software, as well as employee on-boarding and training. The ideal candidate will also serve as a general technical resource involved with various projects. Who you are: You bring a strong customer focus and a passion to help people get their work done.
