Bytecafe Consulting is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Indianapolis-based Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you’ll provide frontline technical support to small and mid-sized businesses while working alongside a collaborative, people-first IT team. This is a full-time, onsite role in Indianapolis, IN. Remote work is not available. Occasional local travel to nearby client sites may be required.
