We are looking for an IT Help Desk Technician to be based out of our Virginia office. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support across all company employees, office locations, and active project sites. You will be responsible for keeping employees productive by identifying and resolving issues across hardware, software, and networking, while upholding both company and DoD cybersecurity requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include equipment deployment and upkeep, ticket management, onboarding support for new hires, and assisting with technology setup at offices and job sites. You'll partner closely with fellow IT staff, project teams, and third-party vendors to deliver secure, dependable technology services throughout the organization.
