About The Position

This is a supervisory position working under the direction of the Information Technologies Division Manager. The IT Help Desk Supervisor is responsible for the management of a centralized Help Desk and related personnel. The Help Desk is responsible for the end user experience, supporting all related hardware and software used by employees.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting computers and software in a networked environment.
  • Requires a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or related field, or technical training with four years of experience in working in an IT related field.
  • Knowledge of computer fleet deployment and management strategies.
  • Be able to deal well with stressful situations, be self-motivated, and flexible.
