We are seeking an enthusiastic intern for our help desk support intern team who is eager to expand their technical expertise while providing high-quality assistance to our users. The ideal candidate demonstrates a genuine passion for problem-solving and a strong commitment to exceptional customer service. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced IT professionals, gain valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and play a key part in ensuring efficient and reliable support for our end users. Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate
• IT related major preferred
• Ability to work on-site at our Raleigh, NC office
• Eagerness to learn
• Troubleshooting skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently quickly and self-sufficiently

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tier 1 support tickets for onsite and offsite users
• Hardware/software set-up for onboarding new hires and as requests come in
• Data entry for password management
• Communicating with teammates to solve problems and help develop new processes
• Help promote a safe and secure network
• Introduction to vulnerability management and patching
