As an Information Systems Help Desk Associate, you are the end user support for all Von Maur and Dry Goods systems. In this dynamic environment, you play an important role in being the primary point of contact for problems and requests companywide. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Solve timely issues related to PCs, operating systems, software, POS terminals, telephones, pagers, printers, thin clients, and CRTs Utilize the help desk software to diligently track all requests Place service calls with appropriate vendors Maintain phone system and voicemail configurations for the company Creates and runs special request queries Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts, on-site in Davenport, IA WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: We’re committed to helping our people thrive at work and at home.
