About The Position

The Staff Pad has partnered with Unity Medical Center to hire an IT Help Desk Analyst. This role supports end users by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining IT systems.

Requirements

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Experience with IT systems, hardware, and software support
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment
  • Manage daily system backups
  • Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets
  • Document and resolve user issues in a timely manner
