The Staff Pad has partnered with Unity Medical Center to hire an IT Help Desk Analyst. This role supports end users by troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining IT systems.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and problem -solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with IT systems, hardware, and software support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment
- Manage daily system backups
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets
- Document and resolve user issues in a timely manner
