About The Position

We are looking for a versatile IT Generalist to support all aspects of our company’s technology needs. This hands-on role requires a well-rounded IT professional who can jump between hardware, software, networks, user support, and systems administration with minimal supervision. An ideal candidate is a true “jack of all trades” who is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly are essential.

Requirements

• Strong practical knowledge and proven ability to demonstrate hands-on skills in multiple IT areas (hardware, networking, Windows/Linux, troubleshooting, etc.) with 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work with minimal supervision
• Candidates must be able to clearly demonstrate real-world knowledge and problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

• Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to end users (desktop, laptop, mobile, and software issues)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems
• Manage and maintain servers, workstations, networks, and cloud services
• Handle user account setup, permissions, and security
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
• Assist with cybersecurity tasks, backups, and basic system monitoring
• Support printers, phones, audio/video, and other office technology
• Document processes and maintain IT inventory
• Perform small projects and improvements as needed
