About The Position

Premier Private Jets is a growing, dynamic, and vertically integrated aviation services company based in Stuart, Florida. We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented IT Generalist to support and maintain our IT infrastructure across multiple departments and locations. This role is critical in ensuring reliable technological operations that support both corporate and flight operations teams.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint preferred)
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs)
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues independently
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving and research capabilities
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and upgrade software applications; evaluate system upgrades and test compatibility prior to deployment
  • Provide day-to-day technical support to both on-site and remote users
  • Coordinate and execute new office and workstation setups, including hardware, network connectivity, and system access
  • Support and maintain both Mac and PC environments
  • Administer and support Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 platforms
  • Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems
  • Maintain detailed activity logs for system upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Track, assign, and manage IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and peripherals
  • Administer company ID/access systems and distribution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity
  • Assist with basic network administration, including VPN access, user permissions, and firewall support
  • Support cybersecurity initiatives, including endpoint protection and user best practices
  • Collaborate with departments across operations, maintenance, and corporate teams
  • Perform other duties as assigned
