About The Position

Under minimal supervision, the IT Full-stack Developer designs and develops applications, working with business users to understand and compile requirements. The role has primary responsibility for maintaining applications for various business departments. The developer builds and maintains React-based clients for web and mobile applications; creates and manages low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps; and creates and maintains RPA workflows, preferably using Microsoft Power Automate. The role takes designs from concept to implementation in enterprise business applications in collaboration with teammates from a range of disciplines. The developer develops, configures, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots Azure Function Apps and related cloud integrations to support reliable performance across enterprise applications. Responsibilities also include diagnosing and resolving production service issues, documenting and implementing API calls to and from enterprise applications, and soliciting and applying internal customer feedback to improve application user experience. The position requires adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System (QMS), applicable domestic and global quality regulations, standards, procedures, and relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles. The developer is also expected to ensure other department members follow these requirements and perform other work-related duties as assigned. The work is in a general office environment and requires working on site.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 3 years of application development experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience taking designs from concept to implementation of enterprise application solutions.
Experience with JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience working with relational databases; Postgres is preferred.
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Azure, Docker/Kubernetes, NoSQL databases, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power Automate.
Proven success developing and deploying backend and frontend platforms in a SaaS environment.
Self-starter comfortable working autonomously or collaboratively with cross-functional teams using an agile development approach.
Highly developed teamwork skills and experience working in cross-collaborative teams.
Demonstrated success owning projects end-to-end, including working with non-technical stakeholders.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize assignments while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness and ability to work on site.
Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds, move between buildings and floors, remain stationary and use a computer or other standard office equipment for extended periods, read and prepare emails and documents and spreadsheets, move within the office and access file cabinets or supplies, and communicate and exchange accurate information with employees at all levels daily.

Nice To Haves

Medical device, pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated-industry experience is desired.
