About The Position

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to support 8–10 assigned sites. This is a hands‑on IT role supporting classroom and administrative technology that directly impacts teachers and students.

Requirements

  • IT / Desktop Support experience
  • Windows 10 & Windows 11 troubleshooting
  • Hardware repair & deployment
  • Strong customer service with non‑technical users
  • A+ or equivalent hands‑on experience

Responsibilities

  • On‑site IT support at K‑12 schools
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, SMART/Promethean Boards
  • Diagnose hardware/software issues before replacing devices
  • Perform deployments, configurations, and connectivity support
  • Tickets escalated from Help Desk
