About The Position

Job Summary: Conducts periodic visits to Little Caesar Enterprises, Inc. corporate stores to ensure that Caesar Vision standards have been implemented and system functions appropriately. Ensures all software, network, and equipment is configured and working correctly. Completes store visit checklists and implements and conducts ongoing training as needed. Works closely with the new store coordinator for flawless opening of all new stores and remodels. Works closely with various departments on IT related issues. Key Responsibilities: • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Caesar Vision (CV) Cloud, Altametrics, and other software used in the stores. • Reports technology issues disclosed by store managers and supervisors to the Caesar Vision Help Desk. • Troubleshoot internet and internal store network issues that may impact the functionality of CV Hardware and Software • Visits all stores within the market on a regular basis, even when there are no reported issues, to complete IT surveys and answer questions from store management. • Assists in Caesar Vision system installations and all IT needs for new stores and remodels. • Tracks work using Service Now tickets and escalates issues to the CV Helpdesk when necessary. • Responsible for ordering and installing IT equipment in all stores in the market. • Ensures store hardware is up to date to comply with Little Caesars corporate standards. • Performs basic pizza portal maintenance. • Complete and track projects as assigned by manager. • Attends weekly market director and team meetings. • Communicates regularly with area supervisors to keep them updated on software releases and open issues. • Performs general office IT support as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two to four years of operations experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Caesar Vision standards, systems, and components.
  • Previous experience with presenting training materials and evaluating training results.
  • Working knowledge of network routers, cables, ports, and activity lights, and identifying or changing IP addresses.
  • Working knowledge of restaurant equipment, operating instructions, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and experience in positions with numerous, concurrent tasks and details.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions to issues that impact the business operations.
  • Evidence of highly developed verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences (senior management, store personnel, accounting, vendors, etc.).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
  • Ability to travel as requested and adhere to the travel guidelines.
