About The Position
Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of computer hardware and software. This position provides on-site support for faculty and staff but may also include answering phone calls and emails.
Requirements
- Computer support experience/knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to carry up to 25 lbs. for short distances
- Candidates without computer experience will not be considered for this position
Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service experience preferred
