As an IT Field Engineer, you will be the face of our company in the field, providing on-site technical support, installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance to our clients. The varied nature of this role requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to think outside the box to solve issues independently, but who can also work effectively with our wider IT and school teams.

Requirements

• Full, clean UK driving license (essential).
• Proven experience in a similar technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
