About The Position

Freddie Mac is seeking an IT Engineering Professional to support compliance and operational efficiency through AI and automation. The position collaborates with stakeholders to translate business needs into efficient solutions, analyzes and improves processes, produces visual documentation, and delivers reliable solutions. It also partners with internal teams to enhance compliance and reporting frameworks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
Strong communication, quantitative, and analytical skills.
Experience in process automation and Generative AI.
