About The Position

This is an internal role for an IT Engineer on secondment. The role involves managing IT systems and user devices across multiple regions (EMEA, NAM, and APAC), handling IT support requests, and maintaining information security compliance. Key responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding employees, resolving IT queries, training staff on information security, managing hardware assets, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements

Experience in managing onboarding and offboarding of employees on business platforms.
Proficiency in using service desk tools for workload management.
Experience in resolving daily IT requests and queries.
Ability to train employees on Information Security and onboarding compliance.
Experience in managing and administrating client user devices (PCs/laptops).
Experience in owning and maintaining an asset register and hardware allocation.
Experience in assisting with asset purchasing.
Experience working with Finance departments on IT asset provision.
Experience in maintaining Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and policies.
Ability to implement and offer training and training materials for information security compliance.
Skills in identifying and resolving technical issues.
Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
Ability to create and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Responsibilities

Manage onboarding and offboarding Epos Now employees on all systems across business platforms in all regions (EMEA, NAM and APAC)
Manage employee related IT queries and issues, using service desk tools to structure workload
Assist and resolve daily IT requests and queries from employees
Train Epos Now employees, in all regions (EMEA, NAM and APAC) on Information Security and basic onboarding compliance
Manage/administrate all client user devices (PCs/laptops) per region (EMEA, NAM and APAC)
Own and Maintain the asset register and allocation of hardware assets to Epos Now users, domestic and international, per region (EMEA, NAM and APAC)
Assist with asset purchasing, via dedicated supply chain, through trusted partners
Work with the Finance department to ensure provision of IT assets are managed closely
Maintain the Epos Now Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its policies
Implement and/or offer training and training materials to regional teams to reach successful information security compliances
Identify and resolve technical issues
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
